MGM announces pay rises of between 2.5% and 6.5% for staff

MGM has announced a salary increase of between 2.5% and 6.5% for eligible employees, effective 25 March 2024 and expected to benefit 99% of the employees.

In a statement, the company said that employees with a monthly salary of MOP$16,000 or below would enjoy a salary increase of MOP$600 across the board, while team members with a monthly salary above MOP$16,000 will receive a salary increase of 2.5%.

Pansy Ho, Chairman and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “MGM truly appreciates our wholehearted team who has been unceasingly upgrading our products and services with innovation, and the company is more than happy to share the fruition of our joint efforts as well as the economic recovery with our team members.

“We will continue to nurture every team member, giving them more opportunities to rise and shine, and thrive with the company together for a better tomorrow.”
