South Korea’s leading foreigner-only casino operator Paradise Co has announced the launch of a VIP lounge at Seoul’s Gimpo International Airport. The lounge will provide integrated services to the company’s four casinos in Incheon, Seoul, Busan and Jeju.
According to information from Paradise, the new “Paradise Lounge” will provide customized services to casino visitors and to those staying at Paradise City in Incheon under a package deal.
“Paradise Lounge” spans 240 square meters and features a private space for VIP customers and eco-friendly hydrogen shuttle buses between the airport and Paradise City free of charge.
“We expect this lounge to show the essence of VIP marketing and high-end services, which are the greatest strengths of Paradise Casino,” said Choi Jong-hwan, one of Paradise’s joint CEOs.
“In the future, we plan to further strengthen our casino alliance strategy to give customers a new experience in hospitality and lead the market.”
The new VIP lounge is the latest in a series of moves by Paradise aimed at improving its appeal to premium international visitors.
The company recently announced plans to develop a new all-suite flagship hotel in Seoul as part of its strategy, set to open in 2028 and stand 18 floors tall with around 200 suites and offering premium services for foreign VIPs, luxurious Korean-style cuisine and wellness amenities. It has also opened a new gaming space for high rollers at Paradise Walkerhill in Seoul.
Paradise Co’s growth strategy, dubbed the “Beyond No. 1, Paradise Value Up Project”, aims to go beyond traditional services and cater to those who are seeking unique and diverse experiences, the company has explained, with a particular focus on Chinese tourists.
