Electronic Table Games (EGM) developer Spintec has inked a long-term strategic partnership with Germany’s Merkur Group aimed at taking advantage of each company’s global gaming expertise.
In a joint statement, the companies said the partnership is designed to leverage key synergies in the development and implementation of new products, thereby expanding both companies’ portfolios. The partnership also aims to tap into new gaming markets, further enhancing the presence of both brands in the international gaming world.
Expanding reach and capabilities in existing key markets is also a core goal of this strategic alliance, they explained.
