Cebu’s NUSTAR Resort & Casino Cebu has announced a strategic partnership with Plaza Premium Group (PPG) – a leader in integrated airport hospitality experiences and passenger service solutions – to provide exclusive travel privileges for NUSTAR Rewards members and VIP guests.
According to information from the company, the partnership was officially signed on 1 July 2025 at NUSTAR’s Fili Hotel in a ceremony attended by NUSTAR and PPG executives, including NUSTAR’s Chief Operating Officer Sean Knights and PPG’s Regional General Manager for Southeast Asia, Steven Lim.
NUSTAR Rewards is the official loyalty program of NUSTAR.

Under the partnership, VIP guests and select NUSTAR Rewards members will enjoy complimentary Plaza Premium Lounge access and “Meet & Greet” services at Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Clark International Airport. Members receive an exclusive three-hour lounge stay, featuring premium amenities such as food and beverages, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, reading materials, shower facilities and real-time flight updates.

PPG said its airport “Meet & Greet” service at Mactan-Cebu International Airport offers VIP assistance through immigration, security, baggage handling and lounge escort for a seamless travel experience.
