A MEMBER OF MGM’s global leadership team for more than 15 years, Kenneth Feng was promoted to the role of President, Strategic and Chief Financial Officer at MGM China in June last year following the retirement of long-time CEO Grant Bowie.
Feng is one of three Presidents reporting directly to MGM China’s Co-Chairperson and Managing Director, Pansy Ho, and is directly responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Brand Marketing, Internal Audit, Design, Development and Property Operations divisions of the company. He also possesses a unique attribute in that he straddles both MGM Resorts in the US and MGM China.
There are few who boast the same deep understanding as Feng does when it comes to the inner workings of the MGM organization on both sides of the Pacific.
A graduate of Nankai University in China with a Bachelor of Science degree, and of Columbia University in the United States with a Master of Science degree, he was appointed Vice President – International Operations in 2007, Senior Vice President of MGM Resorts International in 2009 and has served on the MGM China board since 2018.
Feng was closely involved in the development of MGM Macau and negotiations for the establishment of Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality Ltd, a joint venture between MGM Resorts International and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse – the Chinese Government’s highest standard service venue for hosting foreign heads of state visiting China. To this day he remains actively involved in strategic, development and operations roles both with MGM China and with Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality.
