Philippine gaming technology firm DigiPlus Interactive Corp will establish a Singapore-based company as part of its efforts to expand internationally.

DigiPlus said the new company will be called DigiPlus Global Pte Ltd and incorporated in Singapore as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diginvest Holdings Inc, which is itself 100% owned by the parent DigiPlus Interactive Corp.

It will serve as a support function center and regional hub, dedicated to strategic partnerships, talent acquisition and international growth – key pillars of DigiPlus’ long-term growth strategy, it explained.

“Singapore is a world-class hub for business, technology and talent, making it an ideal base for our global initiatives,” said DigiPlus Interactive Chairman Eusebio Tanco. “With the incorporation of DigiPlus Global, we are strengthening our ability to attract top-tier professionals, forge strategic alliances and enhance our international presence, all while remaining deeply committed to our home market in the Philippines.”

DigiPlus Interactive is the operator of leading Philippine online bingo platform BingoPlus, sportsbook ArenaPlus and rising casual and arcade gaming platform GameZone.

It also recently secured an iGaming license in Brazil.

DigiPlus said its new Singapore entity DigiPlus Global will focus solely on corporate and operations support functions and will not engage in any iGaming operations in Singapore itself – strictly adhering to the country’s regulatory framework.

Nevertheless, it described the Singapore move as marking a “bold step in DigiPlus Interactive’s expansion, leveraging Singapore’s advanced business infrastructure and global connectivity to further position the company as a leader in digital entertainment.”
