Wynn Macau Ltd has announced the upcoming “Snooker Legend and Rising Star Exhibition Game” – an exhibition event to be held at Wynn Macau on 31 May and pitting seven-time World Snooker Champion Ronnie O’Sullivan against up-and-coming Chinese star Si Jiahui.
The event is aimed at supporting Macau’s “1+4” appropriate diversification development strategy by hosting cross-industry activities to boost the city’s “Tourism+” initiatives.
It follows last year’s “Wynn Presents – 2023 Macau Snooker Masters” series at Wynn Palace in December, with Wynn highlighting the game of snooker as an opportunity to broaden its appeal.
This month’s “Snooker Legend and Rising Star Exhibition Game” pits O’Sullivan against Si in a one-night-only match, allowing fans to witness world-class snooker firsthand.
Wynn has also created a snooker-inspired dessert for the exhibition game’s dinner, while a live band will perform popular songs and a raffle held with autographed snooker balls, cue sticks and jackets as prizes.
