Australian industry heavyweight Aristocrat Leisure Limited has completed its acquisition of B2B online Real Money Gaming (RMG) supplier Roxor Gaming.
The acquisition, first announced in September and including Roxor’s two in-house studios, will see the supplier become part of Aristocrat’s online RMG business, Anaxi, with Roxor’s Remote Game Server and content publishing technology expected to accelerate Anaxi’s strategy to grow in the iGaming market.
Aristocrat established Anaxi in February 2022 following its failed attempt to acquire UK-based platform provider Playtech plc.

On a busy day for the Australian gaming giant, Aristocrat also revealed the elevation of its Chief Compliance Officer, Tracey Elkerton, to the company’s Executive Steering Committee (ESC), reporting directly to Aristocrat CEO, Trevor Croker.
“Tracey Elkerton’s appointment to our ESC is another step forward in Aristocrat’s long-standing commitment to excellence in governance and will help further strengthen our compliance culture,” Croker said.
“Tracey will bring a critical lens to all enterprise deliberations that will help us continue to make the right decisions, in the short- and long-term best interests of our business and stakeholders.
“Ms Elkerton has almost 25 years of experience in gaming compliance and contributes deep regulatory and compliance expertise and a truly global perspective to Aristocrat. I look forward to her expanded contribution going forward and congratulate Ms Elkerton on her elevation.”
