Asian-based logistics firm and gaming specialist TKHS says it is now perfectly positioned to expand its market presence in Vietnam after merging its existing Vietnamese business with local partner Global Logistics and Express Co Ltd.

The newly formed joint venture, TKHS Global Logistics (Vietnam) Co Ltd, has already established offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang, providing sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, local delivery and installation services under the watch of former Global Logistics and Express Co Ltd CEO, Trong Huynh.

According to TKHS, the joint venture boasts market share of over 70% of all gaming equipment importations into Vietnam while catering to other customers, such as Nokia, with complex, time critical requirements.

“We are delighted and excited to join forces in Vietnam with our joint venture partner,” said TKHS Founder and CEO Samuel Wilson.

“This is the perfect arrangement for us combining our team’s strong, regional experience in delivering fast track, challenging projects and the associated support systems we have within the Group together with the invaluable local experience of Mr Trong and his team, which is of paramount importance in getting things done in Vietnam.”

TKHS Vietnam also oversees TKHS’ operations in Cambodia and Laos, the company said.
