The Hong Kong Jockey Club has launched a new “Find My Horse” feature on its HKJC TV mobile app allowing customers to track the position of their horse throughout a race.
The “Find My Horse” feature uses artificial intelligence technology to track and indicate where a person’s horse of choice is located in the field, allowing for a more personalized and easy to follow betting experience.
“We continuously strive to improve the customer experience by employing leading innovations in the global racing industry. AI is something that improves as it learns, and we appreciate our customers’ understanding,” said Richard Cheung, Executive Director, Customer and International Business Development of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
A initial version of the “Find My Horse” feature is currently being trialled for iPhone and Android users.
