The MDX multi-deck shuffler represents Scientific Games’ latest innovative technology breakthrough.
Scientific Games has unveiled one of its most exciting new innovations with the release of the MDX multi-deck shuffler.
Featured in the recent SG Summit and Virtual Experience Asia, at which Scientific Games showcased its future plans and developments to customers online, MDX offers the next level in shuffling technology. Not only does it have the capacity to shuffle one to 10 decks of cards, it is also the first device on the market capable of sorting multiple decks of cards with a one to 10 deck sorting capacity.
This advanced shuffling technology also eliminates edge-sorting by randomly rotating the feeder elevator 180 degrees throughout the shuffle to remove the chance of sorting the card edges in a predetermined way.
Featuring integrated wheel technology, patented card recognition, faster shuffling and card sorting, and a convenient horizontal output, MDX will redefine the standard for multi-deck shuffling.
One of the main features of MDX is its Deck Analyzer technology. This new program integrates with Scientific Games’ existing card recognition software to provide a better deck calibration file, and as a result improve shuffler operational reliability. The program will automatically perform deck calibration for MDX at the time of tuning, providing the best parameters for each deck tuned.
As a result of these tighter boundaries on the rank and suit of the card, Deck Analyzer is able to offer more resistance to dust on the camera lens, debris on the card surface and light variation, which leads to improved shuffler reliability.
MDX features a front-facing display for game, venue logo or table limits, and an onboard printer. MDX also includes a mobile support frame with wheels for easy transport across the gaming floor, and effortless height adjustment with positioned ergonomics for easy mounting onto gaming tables.
