The 2021 edition of G2E Asia has been postponed for a second time with organizers announcing this year’s show will now be held in November.
Originally scheduled for May before being pushed back to August, the annual trade show and conference will now be held at The Venetian Macao from 9 to 11 November with Reed Exhibitions citing extra time needed by exhibitors for planning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
G2E Asia 2021 will also be a smaller event than in previous years.
“Through ongoing consultation with our exhibitors and the Macau government, Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association determined that a November event provides the best opportunity to create a valuable marketplace, educational content and networking opportunities for the global gaming industry,” said Josephine Lee, Chief Operating Officer, Reed Exhibitions China.
“We look forward to bringing the gaming community together at G2E Asia, as the industry continues to recover from the devastating impacts of COVID-19.”
An online event, G2E Asia Online Expo & Conference, will be held next Tuesday 25 May as planned.
