Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited has been named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 in the hospitality sector for Hong Kong and Macau, the company has announced.

Organized by HR Asia Magazine, this year’s awards received nominations from over 200 companies among 20 industries, with close to 10,000 employee survey participants. The accolade recognizes Melco’s performance in creating workplace excellence and career opportunities, positive work environment and culture, governance and ethics, and its commitment to people.

“Melco places colleagues at the core of our corporate strategy and strives to be a company at which our colleagues choose to work and stay,” said Melco Chairman and CEO Lawrence Ho.

“It has always been our fundamental belief that if we take care of our colleagues, they will take care of our guests. As a luxury premium brand, we will continue to build on our culture of excellence.  We are proud of our colleagues who are dedicated to the Melco brand and provide our guests with unparalleled service excellence.”
