ATRONIC shows off its STARGATE SG-1 progressive link and other top performers at G2E Asia 2009

ATRONIC International is presenting its top-performing products at G2E Asia 2009, the latest edition of the biggest and most important gaming event on the continent.

This year the company is delighted to announce it will be joined by its Asian distributor RGB Sdn Berhad of Malaysia. ATRONIC, a leading global provider of casino games and services, has had a presence in the Asian market for over seven years through its distribution agreement with RGB, a name synonymous throughout the region with excellence in gaming products and services. ATRONIC supplemented the top quality support it receives from RGB by introducing its own direct representation into the expanding Asian market at the beginning of 2006.

STARGATE SG-1™

Visitors to ATRONIC’s stand at G2E Asia 2009 will have the chance to experience the stellar performance of the company’s STARGATE SG-1™ game, a multi-bonus progressive link based on the blockbuster movie and popular TV series. STARGATE SG-1 offers five bonuses and four progressive levels and is available on the new double screen e²™SLANT cabinet as well as on the upright e²™ cabinet. The STARGATE SG-1 display comes with an eye-catching merchandising package that’s sure to draw players and delegates from across the gaming floor.

FISHING FOR JACKPOTS™

FISHING FOR JACKPOTS™, the progressive jackpot game that’s proved a huge hit with Asian players, will also take a starring role in the exhibition hall. With its rich sounds and high quality animation, bright and fluid graphics, and five progressive jackpot levels, FISHING FOR JACKPOTS is a proud addition to ATRONIC’s successful product catalogue. The game logic maximises player engagement and time on machine, with any one of the five progressive jackpots up for grabs with any bet once the bonus round has been triggered. The chance of entering the bonus increases with higher bets, encouraging players to raise their average bet. FISHING FOR JACKPOTS will appear at G2E Asia 2009 in the following formats: Wild Fangs™; Bengal Tigers™; Golden Light™; and Treasure Hunt™.

CORE GAMES

On the core games side ATRONIC will showcase its latest titles offering truly innovative elements specially designed to excite Asian players. The new games offer thrilling features such as Wild Stays Until it Pays™, Toucan Slide Bonus™ and Stacked Wilds™—elements players won’t find anywhere else.

Games on show will furthermore include the SUPER PLAY™ game Asian Dreaming™, Big City 5s™, Gypsy Moon™ and Egyptian Dreams™ on the e² cabinet. Popular titles like 1421-Voyages of Zhen He™, Treasures of the Pyramids™, Toucan Treasures™, and Mighty Miner™ will be presented on the new dual-screen Harmony²™ cabinet.

CRYSTAL.net™

ATRONIC professionals will be on hand to present the entire range of ATRONIC´s systems including CRYSTAL.net™, the revolutionary new online platform designed to manage casino floor networks, maximise revenues and streamline casino operations.

ATRONIC Systems

ATRONIC´s Systems Division rounds off the company’s product range by offering a range of proven, modular and scalable table management products supporting all types of table games. ATRONIC, 100% owned by GTECH Corporation, a leading gaming technology and services company, is a member of the Gaming Standards Association and supports open industry standards such as Game to System (G2S) and System to System (S2S).

Management team

Members of ATRONIC’s management team will be on hand to meet customers and explain product functions. They include Lai Fai Chiang who joined the ATRONIC Asia team in March as the company´s General Manager Asia. Mr Chiang, who was with RGB prior to joining ATRONIC, has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the Asian gaming market and its specific requirements. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance. Mr Chiang was with RGB from 2004 to early 2009 as the company´s General Manager—Sales. Mr Chiang is supported by Tham Truong, ATRONIC´s Technical Product Manager for Asia who also has a long experience in the gaming industry through his previous role at Aristocrat.
