IAG DEC 2021年12月 亞博匯 34 FEATURES S olaire Resort & Casino recently launched the “Solaire Is Safe for You” campaign, showcasing the property’s enhanced procedures aimed at keeping its guests and team members safe from the risks posed by COVID-19. “Solaire Is Safe for You” was developed to meet the new and demanding standards in cleanliness and sanitation set by international bodies to ensure public health and safety. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 saw the property usher in changes to its protocols, slowly adopting new additions to its facilities to adapt to an unprecedented time in the industry. These small adjustments eventually signaled a complete shift. For Solaire, this entailed meticulous planning, sourcing and testing which resulted in an overhaul of processes in both front and back of house, as well as facility upgrades. Temperature scanners, sanitizer dispensers, distancing markers, all the way to installation of state-of-the-art disinfection chambers and an on- site medical clinic solely dedicated to COVID-19 concerns were all introduced. In July 2020, Solaire began internal simulations to polish its revamped measures and make necessary adjustments prior to rolling out a more sophisticated and detailed business operation in response to the challenges of the time.
