Operated by Macau Theme Park and Resort Limited (MTPR), Lisboeta will cost HK$5 billion and cover 141,000 square meters of floor space once completed in 2020. “Lisboeta will become the next classic of the future,” said Ho, the son of Macau gaming godfather Stanley Ho and SJM Co-Chair Angela Leong. Its architecture will be inspired by local landmarks such as Macau’s first casino, Hotel Estoril, the floating casino Macau Palace and the city’s streets as they were last century. Lisboeta will include three hotels, totaling 820 rooms. Lisboeta Hotel will have 574 rooms, Maison L’Occitane 164 rooms and Casa de Amigo 82 rooms.
