Inside Asian Gaming

INSIDE ASIAN GAMING | May 2012 80 Ainsworth T he A560 family of cabinets was a game changer for Ainsworth Game Technology, propelling the company ahead of its rivals in terms of ship share in key markets. Following on from that success, the company will debut the all new A560 st at G2E Asia 2012, held 22nd to 24th May at the Venetian Macao. Ainsworth CEO Danny Gladstone comments “the A560 st is an extraordinarily engineered device providing for a spectacular presentation no matter where it is placed on the casino gaming floor.” Available in two different modular versions—single 23” LCD and Dual 23” / 27” LCD—the A560 st caters for a range of modern gaming applications. According to the company, the A560 st offers state-of-the-art technology with its powerful Quadtronic processor, compact storage and premiumsound system. On the front end, there is an intuitive player interface supporting a 15 button play deck with a programmable button option. To top it off, the A560 st offers high-resolution graphics and imaginative themes that are synonymous with the entire A560 GamePlus range. At this year’s G2E Asia, Ainsworth will also unveil its latest line-up of link packages from its popular World of Jackpots series, followed by a kaleidoscope of unique brands and games from the GamePlus range. Ainsworth says World of Jackpots is the first of its kind in the industry, not only providing various game titles, but also offering players many different overall jackpot themes. The World of Jackpots product library provides a wide assortment of linked progressive-centric brands, with four strong themes, including Year of the Dragon and Players Paradise. Ainsworth plans to roll out many more new progressive brands this year, providing what it describes as a “galaxy of options.” Getting things startedwill be Ainsworth’s newest four-level standalone progressive: the 50-line Quad Shot range, featuring Big Thunder, Paws Galore and Electric Nights. Also under the spotlight at Ainsworth’s G2E Asia exhibit is its newest three-level standalone progressive, Thunder Dragon. The company claims Thunder Dragon marks another market-first concept, as scatter combinations not only trigger the free games feature, but also simultaneously reveal any one of three potential standalone progressive levels. That’s not all, however, as bonus prizes can also be won, and during the free games the appearance of scatters ramp up as they hit frequently and continue triggering both more free games and more progressives, all at the same time. In addition, Ainsworth will showcase its exclusive high denomination games range with the Eagle Bucks, Mustang Money 2, Thunder Cash and Panda King titles, featuring a new array of free game features and original bonus prizes. Ainsworth is set to expand its successful GamePlus rangewithnewstandalonegames including two- and three-level standalone progressive brands: Double Hit, Play 50Lines / Play 100Lines and Triple Shot.
