The 2024 edition of Global Gaming Expo (G2E) kicked off on Monday local time, with around 25,000 attendees expected to visit over the next four days.
The opening day saw a full schedule of educational sessions taking place ahead of Tuesday’s launch of the exhibition proper, with organizers the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions touting a much broader range of education topics available to visitors this time around.
They have also incorporated more dedicated networking space, specifically a G2E First Timers Meetup for those making their G2E debut.
Maureen Beddis, Senior Vice President, Membership & Events for the AGA, told IAG’s strategic partners at CDC Gaming Reports that this year’s networking opportunities are “unmatched”.
“You get to see a few people at other events throughout the year. This is the one event where everyone truly is, whether it be having time to catch up with your peers, industry veterans or potential customers,” she said.
Inside Asian Gaming also boasts a presence at G2E in 2024 with Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott and Managing Editor Ben Blaschke both at Venetian Expo all week.
This year’s G2E runs from 7 to 10 October.
