With over 20 dining destinations serving world flavors across its 6.2-hectare complex, City of Dreams Manila is a food lover’s paradise. From signature restaurants in its three Forbes Travel Guide rated luxury hotels: Nüwa Manila, Nobu Hotel and Hyatt Regency Manila to contemporary and casual outlets along The Shops at the Boulevard, the luxury integrated resort provides an exquisite gastronomic experience matched with world-class hospitality service.

Foodies and gourmands are spoiled for choice with the diverse cuisines offered in al fresco or indoor setting, all curated by the luxury resort’s world-class chefs with years of enviable culinary backgrounds under their belt.

One of City of Dreams Manila’s best restaurants tucked away in a quiet corner at the upper ground of Nüwa Manila is Crystal Dragon, which puts authentic premium Cantonese and regional Chinese cuisine with a modern flair into the spotlight. Located on the same hotel, Haliya brings delight to diners looking for elevated Filipino cuisine.

Guests can dine like a star at Nobu Manila, where favorites of Hollywood celebrities are also offered. Every Sunday, a brunch fete entices diners with unlimited helpings of ‘new-style’ Japanese cuisine unique to Nobu at the Manila outpost of this globally renowned restaurant brand.

The Café at Hyatt Regency Manila highlights local and international fare in one hefty buffet spread, letting diners indulge in various cuisines in one dining experience. Choices include classic and chefs’ innovation of Italian and other Western favorites; Asian comfort fare; popular Filipino and Southeast Asian dishes; a selection of Japanese staples; and a Carving of the Day, a dinner exclusive. Charcuteries, cheeses, breads, a variety of noodles and rice dishes, seafood, soups, salads and an array of pastries and other sweet delights complete the spread. The buffet comes with unlimited juices, local draft beer, red and white house wines at lunch and dinner, and coffee, tea and juices at breakfast.

At The Shops at the Boulevard, food lovers have a wide choice of some of the best restaurants in the metropolis. An impressive dining experience beckons at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Grill by Wolfgang Zwiener, the 32nd branch of the renowned brand that is considered as one of the best steakhouses in New York. The restaurant’s menu tempts diners with authentic and original flavor of dry-aged steak using only USDA Prime Black Angus beef, a variety of prime meats, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine selection, and menu items unique only to this outlet.

Haliya’s Baked Pork Sisig

Before the year closes, a Korean Hotpot restaurant is set to open at The Shops at the Boulevard, complementing the other outlets located at the resort’s famed retail strip  which features: Hidemasa, Jing Ting, Red Ginger, Rossi Pizza, Café Society, J. Park Garden, Café Mary Grace, Mango Tree, TungLok Signatures, Modern Table 082, Starbucks and Gangnam Food Café. Wave and Breezes offer poolside al fresco dining experience, while The Lounge and Nobu Lounge, located at the lobbies of Hyatt Regency Manila and Nobu Hotel Manila, respectively, provide a cozy spot to unwind over light meals. At the main gaming area serving diners 24/7 are Season 88, a premium restaurant that features an extensive menu of international cuisine; and Noodle8, a casual dining spot. Chez Gingy inside DreamPlay appeals to both kids and kids-at-heart and offers family favorites.
