The Hong Kong Macau Michelin Guide 2023 was unveiled at Grand Lisboa on Wednesday, with 17 Macau restaurants earning Michelin stars – two more than in 2022.

The two new additions to the list are Five Foot Road at MGM Cotai and The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao, taking the total number of stars awarded across the 17 restaurants to 28 stars – also two more than last year.

Once again there were three restaurants in Macau awarded the highest honor of three Michelin Stars, namely Grand Lisboa’s Robuchon au Dôme and The Eight as well as Jade Dragon at City of Dreams.

The two-star list is also a repeat of 2022 and includes Alain Ducasse at Morpheus at City of Dreams, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld, Mizumi (Macau) and Wing Lei at Wynn Macau, Sichuan Moon at Wynn Palace.

All 17 restaurants on the 2023 list are located within Macau integrated resorts.

IFTM Educational Restaurant received a Michelin Green Star for the second year running, highlighting its efforts in delivering culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments.

SJM’s Grand Lisboa is still home to two of Macau’s three-Michelin star restaurants.

Noting Robuchon au Dôme’s long history of being awarded three Michelin stars, SJM Resorts Managing Director Daisy Ho said, “SJM has consistently achieved the highest honors from MICHELIN Hong Kong Macau Guide over the past 15 years. We are tremendously grateful for the diligent efforts from our restaurant teams who have built a tradition of excellence at SJM, one that has led to industry accolades on a global scale.

“We are committed to enhancing our position as a market leader, pushing the boundaries of integrated leisure and tourism experiences, and advancing Macau as a ‘Creative City of Gastronomy’ so that our city’s culinary culture may find new inspiration and continue to evolve.”
