MGM China Ltd has announced a discretionary bonus to be awarded to the majority of team members next month.
The bonus will be paid to eligible employees in two installments – before and after Chinese New Year in February – and will be equal to one month’s salary. MGM said over 90% of team members will be eligible for the payments.
“2020 was a year full of challenges,” said MGM China Co-Chairperson and Managing Director, Pansy Ho.
“We thank our team members from the bottom of our hearts for staying united, as well as being loyal to contribute their best to the Company.
“Looking into 2021, MGM will continue to invest in our team members. With our innovative mindset and courage to change, we will achieve greatness together with Macau this year.”
MGM is the second of Macau’s six concessionaires to announce a bonus for employees with SJM Holdings having recently revealed a “Living Subsidy” to be paid in two equal instalments in January and July.
