TCSJOHNHUXLEY says it has increased its monthly South African sales of table layouts by more than 300% thanks to a special range of products themed to coincide with the FIFA World Cup in South Africa next month.
“This time of year usually sees our layout department manufacturing around 250 layouts a month. The overwhelming response to our marketing drive has seen our production increase to well over 700 pieces per month,” said John Whiskin. Managing Director TCSJOHNHUXLEY Africa.
As well as creating World Cup themed layouts adhering to the strict marketing guidelines of the sport’s world governing body FIFA, TCSJOHNHUXLEY’s design team have also given casino operators the option of making those layouts specifically themed for their casino brand or property. TCSJOHNHUXLEY is able to supply the specialist products at short notice–often with next day delivery.
In addition to layouts, TCSJOHNHUXLEY has made commemorative souvenir chips for Emperors Palace Casino in Johannesburg. The chips show pictures of the soccer stadia purpose built for the World Cup. The products will provide the operator and TCSJOHNHUXLEY with additional revenue from casino customers seeking a memento of the event.
Casino operators have already reported an excellent customer response to the World Cup themed products.
“The layouts are of TCSJOHNHUXLEY’s usual high standard and quality, and are very noticeable on our floor due to the fresh colours representing the World Cup,” said Selepo Kute, Tables Manager at Silverstar Casino in Muldersdrift, South Africa.
“Most importantly they reflect Silverstar’s commitment and support of the 2010 World Cup Soccer event,” added Mr Kute.
