Novomatic offers industry-leading platforms with Asia-specific content at G2E Asia 2009

The Austrian gaming giant Novomatic will have an outstanding presence on the floor at this year’s G2E Asia trade exhibition in Macau.

Novomatic has identified that in modern business—and especially during challenging trading conditions—casino operators and players are looking for the best possible value in terms of mix of games and equipment functionality. As a result the company has made a special effort to marry its industry leading cabinets and operating platforms with the best and most market-appropriate game content. The company will be unveiling its Asia-specific content at G2E Asia, including products targeted specially for Macau.

Novomatic’s targeted approach is already a winning formula across the world. The company exports its equipment to nearly one-third of all the countries on the planet. It produced 100,000 gaming machines in 2008 and sells to 62 countries.

Super-V+ Gaminator®

With its Super-V+ Gaminator® cabinet Novomatic has—like a good winemaker—gone to the trouble of producing just the right blend of content for regional tastes. Asia-specific games for the Super-V+ Gaminator are available to operators off the shelf in ready mixed packages, or the Asia-specific content packages can be created specially to order like a boutique wine. In both cases the emphasis is on serving the tastes and needs of local players and operators alike.

Macau-specific content

Novomatic’s display for G2E Asia 2009 includes Super-V+ Gaminator machines with content specially developed for the Macau market. This exciting new product includes the following mix of Coolfire™ II games: Chicago™; Indian Spirit™; Lucky Lady’s Charm™ deluxe; Book of Ra™ deluxe; Xtra Hot™ 8; Jewels 8 and Sizzling Hot™ 8. The games are available with multiple language options including Chinese and English.

Visitors to the exhibition should look out also for the following Super-V+ Gaminator content mixes, numbered for cataloguing purposes as: 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26. For details on what games are available in those mixes, show goers can contact Novomatic’s sales team on site.

Novo Super-Vision™ and Novo-Vision™ Slant Top I

Novomatic’s other international cabinet best sellers Novo Super-Vision™ and Novo-Vision™ Slant Top I will also be on show with an equally impressive range of multi-game content.

Mystery progressive jackpot

Eight Novo-Vision Slant Top I terminals will be connected to an Independent Gaming Flexi-Link mystery jackpot system. Novomatic says it represents the ultimate in modern progressive gaming—a growing segment of the regional market.

Jens Halle, Managing Director of Austrian Gaming Industries, a 100% subsidiary of Novomatic responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and sales of Novomatic’s electronic gaming machines and advanced technology products, says he is positive about the significance of G2E Asia 2009.

“I feel definitely confident about our decision to participate in this important Asian gaming show,” says Jens Halle.

“Macau is the ideal place to present our products and services to the decision makers of the Asian growth markets and an excellent opportunity to personally meet our partners and customers in the local gaming industry. I am convinced that our product range will inspire the local operators as a true asset to their gaming offering.”
