Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands has continued to ramp up operations after reopening its second and third hotel towers over the country’s National Day long weekend.

Both towers, which were forced to close in early April as Singapore implemented strict COVID-19 safety measures, reopened on Saturday 1 August – two weeks after Tower 1 opened alongside other non-gaming amenities.

Also open again are more restaurants and retail stores, while Ce La Vi and Lavo Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar will open this Tuesday 4 August.

MBS recently revealed that it had begun reopening its hotel operations from Friday 17 July, with rooms being brought back online in stages.

MBS reopened its casino to certain Sands Rewards Club members and Annual Levy Holders on 1 July, although gaming space remains limited to 25% of normal capacity.

The property’s iconic rooftop Infinity Pool is also open again, while Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marquee and Sands Theatre are among the attractions still closed.
