MGM China has become the fourth of Macau’s concessionaires to declare a Discretionary Bonus for its employees.
On Monday, the company announced that more than 90% of its employees would be rewarded with the Discretionary Bonus, which is equal to one month’s salary and will be paid in two installments in mid-January and early-February 2020.
Galaxy Macau, SJM Holdings and Wynn Macau announced similar bonus payments for their respective eligible staff members last week.
“The bonus is our appreciation and recognition to the hard work of our team members in the past year,” said MGM China CEO and Executive Director, Grant Bowie.
“We will continue to reinvest in our team members’ development and make MGM the ideal place for locals to grow and develop their careers. 2020 is a new beginning; we will welcome the new challenges and opportunities of Macau with an innovative mindset and continue our good tradition in participating and caring for the development of the community.”
