US casino operator Century Casinos Inc has been granted approval by the Polish government to relocate one of its downtown venues to a larger site inside the Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre.
The company, which owns a 66% stake in Casinos Poland Ltd, will upgrade its current 3,000 square foot facilities to a new 17,000 square foot premises about two kilometres away.
“We are excited about this new location and believe it has the potential to contribute significantly to Casinos Poland Limited’s successful performance,” said Century Casinos co-CEOs Erwin Haitzmann and Peter Hoetzinger.
Century Casinos Inc will renovate the Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre before beginning operations with in late June. The new property will house around 70 slots and 24 tables.
