Las Vegas attracted its third highest monthly tourist numbers of all time in March, according to figures released this week by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
A total of 3.78 million people made the trek to Southern Nevada – a 1.4% increase on March 2016 and only just shy of October 2015 and July 2016’s record 3.83 million visitors.
March enjoyed an additional weekend day compared to 2016 with figures bolstered by ConExpo-Con which attracted 130,000 people. The influx contributed to a 7.4% boost in revenue to US$991 million.
