Wynn Macau Ltd has announced the appointment of Jacqui Krum, current Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Wynn Resorts, Limited, as a new non-executive director, effective 1 January 2026.
Krum, part of the global Wynn team since 2013, will replace Ellen Whittemore, whose tenure as a non-executive director will come to an end on 31 December 2025. Whittemore had in September 2024 announced her retirement as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Wynn Resorts as of early this year but opted to remain on the Wynn Macau board at that time.
In a filing, Wynn Macau noted that Krum joined Wynn Resorts in 2013 and has been serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Wynn Resorts since December 2024.
Prior to joining Wynn she served as Vice President and General Counsel of MGM Hospitality, a division of MGM Resorts International, from 2010 to 2013. Krum was previously a partner at Los Angeles law firm Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP.
She has been appointed to an initial three-year term as a non-executive director of Wynn’s Macau entity.
Wynn Macau Ltd recently reported its strongest quarter since COVID in 3Q25, with operating revenues rising by 14.8% year-on-year and 13.4% quarter-on-quarter to US$1.01 billion.
