Konami Gaming has unveiled its latest slot machine cabinet, Solstice, to be deployed to casino floors globally.
Making its debut at G2E on Tuesday, Solstice features what Konami describes as “first-of-its-kind” lighting elements stretching from the height of the topper to below the button deck, which interact with in-game features across a dynamic color spectrum. The advanced lighting system delivers real-time visual feedback that reacts to every spin, win and bonus round.
The debut Solstice 49C is the company’s core for-sale machine featuring float-mounted, 49-inch C-curve display in 4K Ultra High-definition (UHD).
“Solstice is the industry’s latest in enhanced graphics, game power and total attraction on the casino floor,” said Gerard Crosby, Senior Vice President and Chief Games Product Officer at Konami Gaming. “The machine’s total innovation and quality, combined with standout titles from ‘Bomberman’ to ‘All Aboard Diamond’, firmly establish Solstice as a must-have for casino operators worldwide.”
Konami Gaming CEO Steve Sutherland added, “Today marks the next chapter for Konami Gaming with our introduction of the new ‘Solstice’ cabinet. Encompassing the latest technologies available, Solstice was designed to provide the utmost entertainment experience for casino patrons worldwide.”
Konami is showcasing Solstice this week with the game series All Aboard Diamond, train game Red Fortune Rail and the new Bomberman.
