Wynn Resorts’ US$5.1 billion UAE foray, Wynn Al Marjan Island, has announced the first two restaurants that will feature once the property opens in 2027, including a French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse.
The company revealed via a social media post that the restaurants represent the beginning of a “world-class culinary journey” for its guests in Ras Al Khaimah.
The Alain Ducasse steakhouse will be joined by the global expansion of The h.wood Group’s popular Delilah – which currently boasts venues at Wynn Las Vegas as well as in Los Angeles and Miami. Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island will blend imaginative dining with the feel of 1950s supper clubs from New York to Beirut, the company explained.
“Each [restaurant] reflects the sophistication and unexpected detail created by Wynn Design & Development, and reinforces our commitment to create 22 unforgettable culinary experiences within our ground-breaking destination,” Wynn said.
Wynn Al Marjan Island has been progressively revealing more details about its offerings, with David Patent, Executive Vice President, Gaming Operations, stating last week that the property would open with smart gaming tables installed across all or most of its gaming areas and payment options that include cryptocurrencies.
In July the company released first images of its elite suite and apartment offering at Wynn Al Marjan Island, to be known as Enclave and located on the uppermost levels of the UAE integrated resort.
