Global gaming supplier Light & Wonder, Inc has appointed former Aristocrat executive Rohan Gallagher to the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Global Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, to be based in Sydney.
According to information released early Friday, Gallagher will be responsible for Investor Relations; Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); and Global Communications.
The appointment comes with Light & Wonder, which recently reported 2Q25 revenues of US$809 million, currently pursuing a sole primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company is set to delist from the US NASDAQ by the end of November.
“As Light & Wonder transitions to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), having Rohan’s wealth of experience and leadership in Corporate Affairs will be instrumental for us, both in the Australian market and across the world,” said Oliver Chow, Chief Financial Officer at Light & Wonder.
“I’ve worked with Rohan for many years in different capacities, and his knowledge of the gaming industry and what it takes to succeed are unparalleled.”
Gallagher added, “This is a pivotal moment for Light & Wonder and I couldn’t be more excited to work with the team to complement the significant work that they have already done across IR, ESG, CSR and Communications.
“The company’s legacy of creating the world’s best games, coupled with its desire to further enhance stakeholder engagement, deeply align with my passions and experience. I look forward to amplifying Light & Wonder’s voice, strengthening connections with its communities and driving meaningful change that supports Light & Wonder’s next level of growth.”
Gallagher previously spent four years at Aristocrat as General Manager of Investor Relations & Treasury, plus more than five years at Ampol as General Manager Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs and 12 years at Credit Suisse Australia.
Most recently he was Managing Director at Jarden Group within their Institutional Equities group, where he served in leadership roles across Sales, Research and Corporate Broking functions.
Light & Wonder described Gallagher as a “seasoned Investor Relations executive and leading institutional research analyst with experience across multiple sectors, including gaming,” noting that he led the initial institutional coverage of Light & Wonder in Australia.
