India’s leading casino and online gaming operator Delta Corp has reported gross income from operations of Rs 195.84 crores (US$22.3 million) for the three months to 30 June 2025, up 2.6% year-on-year and down by less than 1% compared with the March quarter.
The results were negatively impacted by a decline in the hospitality segment, which recorded income of Rs 12.00 crores (US$1.4 million), however gaming income showed solid growth – up 3.8% both year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter to Rs 172.71 crores (US$19.7 million).
Despite the increase in gaming income, group profit fell from Rs 164.56 crores (US$19.3 million) in the March quarter to Rs 29.46 crores (US$3.4 million) with Q1 having benefited from an exceptional items provision – specifically a gain from the sale of a 51% equity share in online gaming arm Deltatech Gaming Ltd.
Delta Corp previously reported a 12.8% year-on-year decline in income to Rs 786.71 crores (US$92.3 million) in the year ended 31 March 2025, with profit very slightly higher at Rs 248.99 crores (US$29.2 million).
Delta Corp’s operations include offshore casinos Deltin Royale, Deltin JAQK, and Kings Casino in Goa, and onshore casinos in Goa and Sikkim.
Its hospitality business includes the all-suite Deltin Suites in Goa and 176-room The Deltin Daman.
