LAS VEGAS, June 1, 2011 — Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a leader in slots, video machines, casino-management, table-management, and networked and server-based systems for the global gaming industry, will spotlight an extensive collection of games and systems products at the G2E Asia trade show and conference at the Venetian Macao June 8 – 9.

Highlighting Bally’s exhibit at G2E Asia will be the Asia-Pacific launch of the Company’s sleek, sophisticated new cabinet family – the Pro Series. The Company’s locally designed and developed new mystery progressive link, Golden Empire, will also be featured  in booth #1003 at the Venetian Macao, in addition to a full suite of video and mechanical-reel games, as well as Bally’s most cutting-edge systems and server-based solutions.

“We will debut a number of exciting and innovative products at G2E Asia,” said Ramesh Srinivasan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies. “We will showcase the trailblazing interactive, touch-screen iDeck™, launch our state-of-the-art Pro Series cabinets, introduce thrilling new games, and offer demonstrations of our systems products, such as iVIEW Display Manager™ (DM) in-game player-user-interface. Bally can’t wait to share these revolutionary games and systems with our customers and partners in the Asian market.”

Debuting in Macau for the first time is the incomparable iDeck, which replaces the traditional button deck with an interactive multi-touch display. With iDeck, when new game content is installed, the button configuration instantly changes to match the game, meaning operators will never need to change a button deck again. iDeck also offers a host of interactive, game-synchronized features for players.

Bally’s state-of-the-art Pro Series cabinets will be on display at G2E Asia for the first time. The Pro Series cabinets are driven by the power of Bally’s new ALPHA 2™ platform that enables new levels of interactivity and visual quality with 3D-graphic animations. The ALPHA 2 operating system allows for more impactful, interactive, and graphically stunning games, thus taking Bally’s core video product portfolio to the next level.

Bally’s sleek Pro Series V22/22 cabinet stands out thanks to its cutting-edge design, custom surround sound, interaction, and unrivaled player comfort. Some of the games presented on this cabinet will be Seagull Sam™, Bacchus Gold™, Ole Jalapeños™, and Playboy Hot Zone™, Bally’s newest Playboy title, which is arguably one of the premier licensed gaming brands ever developed.

Also exhibiting for the first time in Asia will be Bally’s breakthrough game Code Red™.  Presented on Bally’s new Pro Curve cabinet featuring a first-of-its-kind 22-inch “curved” LCD display, Code Red offers players the look and feel of a traditional reel-spinning slot with the modern convenience and technology of video. Code Red keeps players fired up with the virtual U-Spin™ wheel that awards progressive jackpots and bonus credits. Players spin to get into free games that award bonus credits, locked wild symbols, or locked wild reels – displaying the prize above each reel. There’s even a Wildfire Bonus with flaming stacked wilds.

Bally will also introduce the Golden Empire Mystery Progressive link to casino operators in Macau. This is the first theme in Bally’s new mystery progressive link family. The Asian-themed and locally created Golden Empire takes players on a rich and vibrant trip to an ancient land filled with the possibility of lavish riches and rewards. Players can win one of the three, or four, randomly triggered progressive jackpots, depending on operator’s configurations. The Golden Empire Link over standalone video slot machines allows jackpots to be triggered randomly in any game play.

“Bally is truly thrilled to be introducing our successful and innovative products, including the Pro Series family of cabinets and the groundbreaking iDeck to the Asia-Pacific audience at Asia’s premier gaming show and conference,” said Cath Burns, Bally Technologies’ Vice President and Managing Director – Asia Pacific. “Our extensive display at G2E Asia demonstrates our commitment to taking our award-winning games and solutions around the globe and introducing selected products developed specifically for certain markets.”

Bally’s iVIEW DM is a picture-in-picture style player-user-interface for slot machines, and it too will be showcased at the show. This backward-compatible technology, which works on any manufacturer’s gaming devices with a touch-screen display, has evolved into a self-service “kiosk”, enabling players to carry out many functions, including ordering drinks, requesting their car from valet, and reviewing their offers.

When combined with Bally’s Elite Bonusing Suite™ applications which deliver floor-wide, interaction promotions, iVIEW DM offers a second-chance-to-win and the ability for players to earn valuable rewards, all without interrupting play on their base game. These interactive applications enable players to spin wheels, select and root for their favorite contest-driven car or horse, get instant rewards on their birthday, and participate in floor-wide slot tournaments.

With the overwhelming popularity of table games in casinos across Asia, Bally offers operators TableView™, an innovative table-management solution that allows operators to replace their existing manual rating process with the ease and simplicity of electronic automation. With TableView, it is possible to create an almost paperless environment in the pit and eliminate the delays of entering and updating ratings into the casino-management system. TableView also provides a higher standard of customer service by reducing the amount of time required by supervisors to capture and register player ratings.
