Michelin has unveiled its Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024, with a total of 16 restaurants in Macau receiving a total of 26 Michelin star ratings.

In 2023, a total of 17 restaurants in Macau received a total of 28 Michelin star ratings, and the list has changed considerably in that time.

In 2024, Macau’s three-star list only includes two restaurants, down from three last year, with Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Grand Lisboa’s Robuchon au Dôme maintaining their elite status. The Eight at Grand Lisboa, a three-star restaurant last year, has received a two-star rating this year.

Six restaurants were awarded two stars, namely Alain Ducasse at Morpheus at City of Dreams, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld, Mizumi (Macau) at Wynn Macau, Wing Lei at Wynn Macau, The Eight at Grand Lisboa and The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao – a restaurant that only received one star last year. Wynn Palace Sichuan Moon, which received two stars last year, did not receive a star rating this year.

As for the one-star list, there are eight restaurants in 2024, two of which are new – Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace and Sushi Kinetsu at City of Dreams. However, Wing Lei Palace at Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa’s The Kitchen did not receive a star rating this year.
