Wynn Resorts has confirmed another milestone after its US$5.1 billion UAE integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, was topped out Monday.
In a social media post, Wynn said the IR’s tower has now reached its highest structural concrete point just 27 months after foundation works began – rising to 283 meters across 70 floors. When its spire is installed in 2026, the tower will reach 352 meters, becoming the tallest man-made structure in Ras Al Khaimah by more than 100 meters, the company added.
“This moment belongs to the people behind it,” Wynn said. “Together with our partners atMarjan and ALEC, along with the engineers, specialists and teams working across the island, we’re building at extraordinary pace and precision. From the view at the top to the intensity of the work continuing below, momentum is unmistakable as we move toward welcoming guests in Spring 2027.”
Topping out comes after Wynn earlier this month released its updated financials for the project which calculate annual gross gaming revenues as reaching as high as US$1.66 billion. Analysts, however, have described Wynn’s figures as potentially conservative with some estimates pointing as high as US$2 billion annually.
