CLIENT PROMOTION

Tecnet Asia has further strengthened its long-standing partnership with Bally’s Casino via the successful installation of the MyACP Casino Management System (CMS).

The company explained that the installation is especially meaningful as Bally’s celebrates its 30th year in the industry – a milestone it says is marked by continuous innovation, technological advancement and an unwavering commitment to elevating guest experience.

Over the years, Tecnet has proudly supported Bally’s in this journey, playing an important role in enhancing its operations through reliable service, technical expertise, and now the upgrade to MyACP.

The Tecnet Sri Lanka team worked tirelessly around the clock to complete the installation while ensuring that Bally’s operations continued seamlessly. Today, the system is fully operational, providing enhanced control, security and efficiency across the casino’s gaming floor – fitting for a property recently awarded Best Casino Property in Asia at the 2025 Asian Awards.

MyACP is a modular casino management system designed to meet the diverse needs of international gaming operators. Its flexibility enables it to support both small arcades and large-scale casino environments, and it is trusted by nearly 1,200 gaming locations across 27 countries. Operating over a protected internet connection with encrypted data transfer and comprehensive database backup, MyACP ensures secure and uninterrupted performance.

Continuous upgrades and system enhancements help operators reduce costs, improve efficiency, and deliver a stronger, more modern guest experience – an objective well aligned with Bally’s ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology. As highlighted by Bally’s leadership, the casino has embraced advanced digital tools, from innovative analytics to modern tracking systems, to maintain its position as one of the most sophisticated and data-driven casino operations in the region.
Tecnet’s Local Expertise and Support
As the official distributor and technical support provider for MyACP in emerging Asian markets such as Sri Lanka and the Philippines, Tecnet provides essential first-level support through its team of expert technicians. From installation to ongoing maintenance, Tecnet ensures smooth integration and uninterrupted system performance.

With MyACP’s comprehensive suite of modules – including Table Management, Junket Management, advanced Marketing tools, and secure Slot Management – casinos gain full command over their operations. When combined with Tecnet’s fast, reliable onsite and remote support, operators benefit from a seamless and optimized management experience.

Tecnet’s sustained presence and dedication in Sri Lanka have been instrumental in supporting Bally’s growth over the years. As Bally’s continues to evolve by enhancing its entertainment offerings, integrating new technologies, and upholding its long-standing principles of trust, integrity, and world-class service, Tecnet remains committed to contributing to the casino’s operational excellence and long-term success.

Looking Ahead
Tecnet continues to expand MyACP installations across the region, with several upcoming projects currently underway and set to be announced soon. The successful deployment at Bally’s – Sri Lanka’s leading casino and a brand that has shaped the country’s entertainment landscape for three decades – stands as a testament to Tecnet’s role as a trusted partner in the Asian gaming industry.

Entering Bally’s next chapter, driven by innovation and the principles that have sustained it for 30 years, Tecnet is proud to support its journey with dependable technology and unmatched technical service.
