Leading global test lab GLI says it has integrated the world-class information system security (ISS) assessment solutions of its IT and cybersecurity arm Bulletproof into its own compliance network, with these solutions to be delivered by GLI.
In a statement, GLI explained that, as a result, it will now provide cybersecurity assessments for both regulatory and non-regulatory purposes, while Bulletproof will continue to provide ongoing remediation and monitoring services with the goal of keeping clients secure at all times.
It added that, ss part of the integration, the ISS solutions cover three broad categories with each containing a substantive range of solutions to help companies of all types and sizes ensure their security in the face of ever-rising threats.
The categories are:
- GLI’s Cybersecurity Assessment Solutions to include infrastructure and vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, social engineering and other security assessments and audits.
- GLI’s Audit and Compliance Solutions to include multiple ISO/IEC certifications, PCI/DSS health checks, GLI-GSF audits, multiple NIST certifications and more.
- GLI’s Strategy and Governance Solutions to include virtual CISO and SEC, incident readiness assessment, ransomware security posture assessment and others.

GLI acquired Bulletproof Solutions, Inc in June 2016 but said it had already been actively involved in ISS/cybersecurity audits for more than four years prior.
