Committed to sustainability, the bar uses house-made ingredients and fruit remnants to create Kombuchas and Mead Honey Wine with a “Zero Waste” approach. It also incorporates ecoSPIRITS for cocktails, reducing carbon footprint with every sip.
Mesa Bar has earned two stars at China’s Cocktail and Spirits List Awards and Wine Spectator 2025’s Best of Award of Excellence for its wine list.
