IDX Games has unveiled details of its IDX Green Commitment initiative under which it will plant one tree through Evertreen.com for every X-Trend Trend board purchased.
This, the company explained, aligns its growth with reforestation efforts and supporting biodiversity and reflects its dedication to sustainable business practices – giving back to the planet as IDX innovates and scales.
In addition to global reforestation, IDX Games said it will partner with local community organizations to support environmental education, tree-planting events and stewardship programs in nearby areas. This includes volunteer opportunities for employees and customers to participate in community planting days and habitat restoration projects.
Each planted tree is tracked through Evertreen’s project dashboard, which provides updates on location, specie, and growth. IDX explained that it will share quarterly summaries highlighting milestones, survival rates and ecological benefits to keep the community informed.
The company has also asked local communities and customers to suggest planting sites that align with regional conservation priorities, ensuring its efforts address local needs and foster ownership and pride.
Annual impact reports will also be published detailing trees planted, community initiatives supported and environmental benefits such as CO2 sequestration estimates and biodiversity gains.
Evertreen currently has projects in the Philippines, Cambodia, Australia and more worldwide.
