The France Macau Chamber of Commerce (FMCC) will host its annual charity gala dinner at MGM Macau on 19 September, with this year’s theme of “Voyage on the Seine” symbolizing the cultural exchange and sustainable development between France and Macau.
FMCC held a press conference on Tuesday to unveil details of the event, which will also incorporate the presentation of the Macau ESG Awards 2025, featuring three major categories in the Best Project, Best SME and Best NGO categories.
Proceeds from the dinner will not only support organizations in Macau but will also extend to Hengqin and Zhuhai, specifically supporting the Macau Special Olympics (MSO) and Zhuhai Autism Society (ZAS).

FMCC said it is expanding its charitable impact this year, with funds raised for MSO and ZAS to be used for the organization of the “FMCC Hengqin-Macau Inclusive Fun Day” – an event designed to promote social integration and family bonding for individuals with intellectual divergence through cross-border activities like music therapy, adaptive sports and parent-child collaborations. The goal is to create moments of inclusion and empowerment.
FMCC Chairman Rutger Verschuren said, “We are delighted to collaborate with Macau Special Olympics and Zhuhai Autism Society this year, which truly reflects FMCC’s commitment to social inclusion.
“Through the ‘FMCC Hengqin-Macau Inclusive Fun Day’, we hope to break down borders and ensure equal participation opportunities for everyone.”
Last year’s FMCC Gala Dinner saw nearly 300 guests in attendance, with proceeds donated to Oxfam Macau’s “Paper Recycling” project.
