Korea’s INSPIRE Entertainment Resort has announced the appointment of Sangwon Lee as its new Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).
In his new role, Lee – described as a seasoned leader with a strong background in strategic planning and operational execution – will play a pivotal part in advancing INSPIRE’s growth and innovation, the company said.
Specifically, Lee will oversee INSPIRE’s key functions, including strategic planning, data analytics and IT – leading major initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s competitiveness, building a more structured and efficient business operation, and accelerating innovation across all customer experience touchpoints.
Lee’s career includes extensive experience at both global and domestic companies, including McKinsey & Company, LG Electronics and Serveone, and he has collaborated with more than 30 major organizations, leading projects such as M&A, business strategy development and operational structure improvement delivering tangible transformation and driving organizational innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and both an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Columbia University in the United States.
