Korea’s Jeju Dream Tower registered yet another all-time record in casino drop and visitation in July, continuing an impressive six month stretch of growth.
According to information from the property’s parent company Lotte Tour, July visitation reached 56,691 – up from the previous record of 51,515 set a month earlier – while casino drop grew by 13.4% to KRW274.2 billion (US$198 million). The figures included table drop of KRW240.6 billion (US$173 million) and machine drop of KRW33.6 billion (US$24.2 million).
The improved volumes also resulted in an all-time high for casino sales of KRW43.4 billion (US$31.3 million), further aided by higher hold compared with June.
For the first seven months of 2025 combined, casino sales at Jeju Dream Tower are up 49.3% to KRW238.0 billion (US$172 million). Hotel revenue, on the other hand, is down 10.7% to KRW43.8 billion (US$31.6 million).
Jeju Dream Tower is the tallest building in Jeju at 38 floors or 169 meters high and features a retail mall, 14 restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool deck, top floor skydeck with lounge, two spas and a casino boasting 150 tables and 300 slot machines.
The casino was relocated from its former home at the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in June 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters, offering 141 gaming tables, 190 slot machines and 71 electronic table games.
