Lotte Tour’s Korean integrated resort, Jeju Dream Tower, has continued its recent run of monthly growth with casino revenues surging by 61.3% year-on-year and 1.2% month-on-month to KRW32.9 billion (US$23.5 million) in April.
Based on information filed with the Korea Exchange, the improved result came on the back of strong player volumes, with table drop up 47.2% year-on-year and 19.5% sequentially to KRW188.8 billion (US$135 million).
Table games revenue grew 59.6%% year-on-year and 0.7% sequentially to KRW31.1 billion (US$22.2 million) in April.
Slot machine revenue grew by 101% year-on-year to KRW1.75 billion (US$1.25 million) although hotel revenue fell by 5.0% to KRW7.11 billion (US$5.08 million).
For the first four months of 2025 combined, casino revenue is up 29.9% to KRW117.4 billion (US$83.9 million) while hotel revenue is down 12.5% to KRW21.2 billion (US$15.1 million).
Jeju Dream Tower is the tallest building in Jeju at 38 floors or 169 meters high and features a retail mall, 14 restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool deck, top floor skydeck with lounge, two spas and a casino boasting 150 tables and 300 slot machines.
The casino was relocated from its former home at the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in June 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters, offering 141 gaming tables, 190 slot machines and 71 electronic table games.
