Lotte Tour’s Korean integrated resort, Jeju Dream Tower, saw casino revenues surge in March to KRW32.5 billion (US$22.1 million) – up 46.5% year-on-year and 43.7% higher than in February.
Based on information filed with the Korea Exchange, the improved result appears to be a combination of both higher gaming volume and running lucky, with table drop up 29.5% year-on-year and 12.3% sequentially to KRW158.0 billion (US$107 million).
By comparison, table games revenue grew 46.3% year-on-year and 49.3% sequentially to KRW30.9 billion (US$21.0 million) in March.
Slot machine revenue grew by 50.4% year-on-year to KRW1.57 billion (US$1.07 million) although hotel revenue fell by 25.3% to KRW4.10 billion (US$2.79 million).
For the first three months of 2025 combined, casino revenue is up 20.8% to KRW84.5 billion (US$57.4 million) while hotel revenue is down 15.9% to KRW14.1 billion (US$9.58 million).
