Michelin has unveiled its Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2025, with a total of 19 restaurants in Macau receiving a total of 29 Michelin stars.
The final tally represents an increase from the 16 restaurants and 26 Michelin stars awarded in Macau in 2024.
The three-star list remains the same as last year, with Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Grand Lisboa’s Robuchon au Dôme maintaining their elite status.
Six restaurants have been awarded two stars, namely Alain Ducasse at Morpheus at City of Dreams, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld, Wing Lei at Wynn Macau, The Eight at Grand Lisboa and The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao, while Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace has been upgraded to two stars in 2025.
As for the one-star list, there are 11 restaurants in Macau, four of which are new: Mizumi (Macau) Japanese restaurant at Wynn Palace, Aji at MGM Cotai, Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa at Galaxy Raffles and Zuicho at the Grand Lisboa Karl Lagerfeld Hotel.
IFTM Educational Restaurant received a Michelin Green Star for the second year running, highlighting its efforts in delivering culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments.
