Inside Asian Gaming is pleased to confirm the venues for the inaugural IAG EXPO, an expansion on IAG’s former “Super September” series that will take place at Newport World Resorts from Monday 8 to Wednesday 10 September 2025.

Newport World Resorts

The IAG EXPO will include popular welcome event Manila After Dark, the IAG Academy Summit and the IAG Academy IR Awards – as well as adding for the first time a full-scale gaming exhibition with raw space stands and shell scheme booths for exhibitors, to be held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom at Newport World Resorts. At 2,897 square metres (31,183 square feet), the Marriott Grand Ballroom is the largest ballroom in the Philippines.

MANILA AFTER DARK
The 2025 IAG EXPO will launch on the evening of Monday 8 September with the return of Manila After Dark (MAD), to be held at Casa Buenas at Newport World Resorts from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

INAUGURAL IAG EXHIBITION
The first IAG Exhibition will kick off on Tuesday 9 September, running for two days from 10am to 5pm each day in Grand Marriott Ballroom BCD at Newport World Resorts.

The IAG Exhibition has been organized in response to extensive client feedback expressing the need for a large-scale industry trade show in the heart of the Philippines – Asia’s most exciting growth market – and one that avoids the many pricing pitfalls that have befallen other shows in recent years.

In introducing this new industry event, IAG has committed to doing things differently by way of a raft of innovative initiatives. These include:

  1. Unique pricing model. We will have an incredible introductory pricing model for the inaugural show with all booths and stands to be sold at US$395 per square meter, irrespective of location or size. Don’t expect this kind of pricing in 2026!
  2. Many free benefits. We will gift numerous normally chargeable benefits at no charge whatsoever to exhibitors, including floor decals, around-the-show advertising, dedicated website advertising and even completely complimentary Summit delegate entry. Again, don’t expect this in 2026!
  3. Join the land rush! We will not be charging a fee for premium locations on the floor of the show. Join the land rush and claim your space forever! Locations will be awarded from best to worst in order of confirmation of purchase, with no premiums whatsoever for best positions. Furthermore, once you have your location you will be grandfathered to that location (at your option) for indefinite future years, just as long as you continue exhibiting at the same level as previous years.
  4. Use who you choose! Many shows force you into using their contractors, at crazy prices. Not IAG. Use your own booth or stand construction team, support crew, furniture and other equipment as you see fit. All you have to do is ensure your contractors follow Newport World Resorts internal procedures.
  5. Enjoy “Founder” status forever. Those exhibitors joining the show in 2025 will be awarded “Founder” status for the indefinite future. This will include a range of benefits including preferential pricing in future years, access to the Founders Lounge, and more. And after 2025, there will be no further chance for your company to be an IAG Exhibition “Founder”.

IAG ACADEMY SUMMIT
Also taking place on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 September will be the IAG Academy Summit in Grand Marriott Ballroom A at Newport World Resorts. The IAG Academy Summit is a high-level two-day summit bringing together the best minds in the Asian gaming industry. With content developed by IAG’s Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott and Managing Editor Ben Blaschke, it will continue to feature a range of speakers from across the region offering their insights by a range of methodologies. As in the past two years, these will include traditional panels and presentations as well as more innovative formats never before witnessed at industry trade shows in Asia.

IAG ACADEMY IR AWARDS
The fourth exciting component of the week’s schedule will be the IAG Academy IR Awards, a black-tie gala to be held in the Manila Ballroom at Newport World Resorts on the evening of Tuesday 9 September (day 1 of the Summit and Exhibition). More details on these awards, including the awards categories and how your company can get involved will be announced in the very near future.

There will be a series of exciting announcements in relation to the Manila After Dark, the IAG Exhibition, the IAG Academy Summit and the IAG Academy IR Awards in the coming weeks and months.

Be sure to book your spot early!
