MGM China has announced that eligible team members will receive a salary increase on 24 March, ranging from approximately 2.5% to 5.5%.
MGM noted that eligible team members with a monthly salary of MOP$16,000 or less will see an increase to their salary of a flat MOP$600, which is equivalent to an increase of approximately 2.5% to 5.5%.
MGM said it expects 99% of its team members to benefit.

“In the new year, MGM will fully support the policy implementation of the SAR Government as always; pragmatically promote the development all-for-one cultural tourism, while working with the team to continue enrich the essence of Macau as ‘One Center, One Platform, One Base’.”
MGM previously announced that a non-recurring bonus equivalent to one month’s salary will be paid to 95% of the team as a token of appreciation for their outstanding contributions and efforts over the past year.
