Galaxy Entertainment Group has announced that it will increase the salaries of all eligible team members at the senior manager level and below from April, with approximately 98% of team members benefiting from the increase.
According to GEG, eligible team members who joined GEG before 1 January 2025 will receive a salary increase in accordance with the program.
Team members with a monthly base salary of MOP$16,000 or less will receive a MOP$600 increase, while team members with a monthly base salary above MOP$16,000 will receive a 2.5% increase based on their monthly salary.
GEG said it wishes to thank its team members for their efforts and contributions to the company over the past year and looks forward to working with them to achieve further success in the future.
All six of Macau’s gaming concessionaires have already announced bonuses for their staff, with Sands also announcing a pay rise for its team.
GEG’s was the first to announce a one-month discretionary bonus in late December, to be paid to staff on 22 January.
