MGM has announced a discretionary bonus of one month’s salary for 95% of its team members, in recognition of their dedication and contribution over 2024.
According to a Tuesday release, the discretionary bonus will be paid by Chinese New Year.
Pansy Ho, Chairman and Executive Director of MGM China, said, “The Golden Lion Team’s perseverance and innovative spirit has driven MGM to trailblaze many milestones in cultural tourism this year.
“From the launch of the POLY MGM MUSEUM and the residency show Macau 2049 to the revitalization of Barra District, these achievements have elevated Macau’s drawcard as a diversified tourism destination.
“I extend my gratitude to team members for their unwavering efforts. Together, we will pioneer more new heights for the city’s diversified development.”
