Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) will pay a discretionary bonus of one month’s salary to 97% of team members, the company has announced.
The discretionary bonus will be paid on 22 January 2025 to all staff at senior manager level and below, GEG explained, adding that it would like to thank its team members for their continued commitment over the past year to support the company’s work in helping drive the diversification and sustainable development of Macau’s integrated tourism and leisure industry.
“Since 2023, GEG has hosted over 700 entertainment performances, cultural showcases, sports extravaganzas, and exhibitions and conferences, fostering a new landscape for the city’s diversified development,” it said.
The company added, “Recognizing that team members are valuable assets, GEG has proactively created platforms to support their professional and personal development, offering a range of diverse career and training opportunities. Next year, the Capella at Galaxy Macau will open, becoming the ninth renowned hotel brand in Galaxy Macau, which is home to the world’s largest collection of world-class hotel brands under one roof.
“GEG looks forward to continuing its collaboration with team members to provide exceptional one-stop integrated tourism and leisure experiences for visitors.”
